Part 2 of our trip was in Fort Myers, Florida. My parents bought a house there last year, and this was our first time there since I was pregnant last year and couldn't go. We had a great time! We took Charlie on a pirate ship, which he just loved. All of the pirates looked and talked like real pirates. He was very interested in what was going on until Chas bought him a sword and a gun, then he didn't care about the show, just his weapons. They made Charlie look like a pirate, and he thought that was cool too! While we were there, we also went to a nature center where we went on a nature walk and saw some cool animals. Charlie also loved fishing in grandma and papa's pool. Chas on the other hand caught a pretty big bass in the pond near my parent's house which was unexpected. I was lucky to have my birthday fall during our vacation. My parents watched the boys while Chas took me our for dinner and ice cream...I loved it! What a vacation we had!
