Chicago Botanical Gardens

Today Charlie and I visited the Chicago Botanical Gardens, and was it beautiful! This was our first time there and we loved it. Charlie was such a big boy and didn't venture off like he normally does. As you can see he enjoyed posing for the pictures in the middle of the flowers. They also had a train exhibit going on. Charlie was fascinated by all the trains go around he didn't know where to look, however once he saw Thomas the Train, he didn't want to leave! He kept waving to Thomas as he passed by. This is the perfect place for Charlie as he saw workers with shovels, rakes, and gardening tools that he wanted to use, but instead he had a great time watching. I guess he is a nature boy just like his daddy!

Hi Heather,
Charlie is so cute! I got hooked up with your blog through Amanda Dimaria's blog. Congrats on your news! My fiance Vitaly just proposed to me at the Chicago Botanical Gardens two weeks ago! Isn't is beautiful!
